Starting September UBC, Vancouver Point Grey Campus, is offering FREE lectures. They are on Saturdays. TWO lectures each Saturday, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You can have lunch on campus, visit a museum, converse with the other participants, and visit the campus.

We could have lunch together, why not try it, you might like it.

SOVREN friends came to Mission Raceway to play!

Vintage Car Racing came to Mission Raceway last weekend. Several friends came up from the USA, and over from the island to race, visit, laugh, and a few tears due to contact.

Eddrick kicked the weekend off he is an adorable Lancaster Heeler, when he arrives the racing begins!

Martin Rudow from Sovren Racing had a booth showcasing Vintage Racing on the westcoast, with lots of books, pamphlets, and information. People were asking how to get involved, both as a volunteer and to race.

Eddrick brought Walt and Dee with the Zeitler FV, a big hit with everyone wanting to see it race, and sit in it.

Charly and Angie brought the ever popular and handsome Triumph which did awesome, though I did hear someone passed him at the finish line to take the checkered flag!

Gil came over from Nanaimo on the island. Which ran great, then dear friend Dave showed up from Sedro Woolley, we are still waiting for his Austin Healey to come back racing.

Roger brought his Sunbeam Tiger from down the road in Bellingham

Stephen, Shelby, and Phil came over from Victoria on the island, always a joy to see them!

Today and always you are awesome, believe in yourself, and learn something new

Grace is perfect, even when life isn't, the meditation theme for the day.

What does the blog title have to do with this, nothing really, I just like it!

Below is Princess Heather, who shared her tattoo with the family, of course it is nautical. I like it.

My university writing/grammar course continues, learning new things, but it is difficult.
I will persevere, through it all.

This picture was sent to me last week, why I don't know, but it is eerily the same as one I took in Fort Bragg, California last year. I have a list of people I'd like to talk to one more time. Starting with daddy, and then nana. Who would you talk with?

This is the late Frank Anderson's Saab, he had completely restored, and we all took it to be photographed for a car museum. One of the last things Frank did in this life, which brought him true joy.

Yesterday, at 8AM, I was on White Rock, BC beach with approx. 100 other people doing yoga for 90 minutes. What joy, beauty, peace, contentment it was.

Blessings abound in one's life if you let them come in.

Go forth learn new things, experience life, enjoy the moment, live in the NOW!
