Running away was the best thing I did, to see friends and family. Laughter was the order of the day, and it worked. The boys below will make anyone laugh!
So now I am home, thinking I can handle life once again, or at least I am going to try.
Above is a pouch my sister sent me for my birthday, she found it at Butchart Gardens in Victoria BC, I then took smiley faces cut out of a card a friend sent me. When I see someone sad I pass a smiley face on to them for their pocket. In Seattle last weekend I saw a little one sad, and passed on a smiley face to them, for a moment they smiled.
Mad Mollusk Racing Team, Myles and CeCe took the checkered flag at the Historic Races in Seattle. The team is so proud of them.
I started my next course in writing this week, from UBC, it is going to be very interesting, and I will make it fun. If I pass great, if I learn something new, wow!
Below is a picture of my BFF Arizona, I know which one I am in the picture, and proud of it!
So dear ones, get out of your box, open a new box, live laugh and love!
What about taking a course in something you never would normally think of? Fall semester is coming what about a Philosophy Class?
Hugs always
Karen and Charlie

So appreciate your heart and how in your beautiful words you open the space of vulnerability . . Your inquiry of . . .consider doing something new . . over the last month I remembered how I enjoyed my philosophy class in my Senior year of high school . . I LOVED it and I did well. . it really spoke to my heart. Yet as a teenager I did not have the skill to listen to what spoke to my heart . . so I decided today I am going to listen to what spoke to me back then and I signed up for a 9 month philosophy class - Cascade Senior Fellows. Thank you Karen for sharing your intuitive wisdom and your heart. xoxoxo Warmly - Debbie
