Research is the best way to find a coach, to fit you, and your needs.
In this day, and age, the internet can be your best friend in doing the search. One of the reasons why is that a match to you may be in another country, talking will be via Skype for free.
In your search check out the following:
- Certification
- References
- Contact information
- Payment Options
- Experience
- Personal or Professional (are they interchangeable)
- Do they follow a pre-set script
- Spiritual
- Holistic
- Heart
A LifeCoach will evaluate your needs, concerns, hopes and dreams. A cooperative plan will be done, with flexibility for bumps along the way. You must have a willingness to be coached, learn and participate.
Fee schedule spectrum, $50.00 an hour to infinity. This all depends on what you want to accomplish. Do they have a flexible payment plan that satisfy your needs? I asked, my payment plan fits my income level.
Coaches will normally offer a free session via telephone (Skype), you don’t have to give out any information you don’t want to. Just talk about what you are looking for, and what they offer. It is a meeting to get to know each other.
Baby steps, and flexibility are the pathway to creating the life you want for yourself. Don’t let pessimistic people stand in your way. Life is to short, surround yourself with optimistic, fun loving, enthralling people who can make life a cabaret.
